Return/Exchange Policy


Effective 1/1/2022

             If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 90 days from the purchase date for a full refund, or within 180 days from the purchase date for an exchange.


          * MONO products must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund/exchange.

          * Barb thread products must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund.

          * Barb thread products must be returned within 180 days of the purchase date to qualify for an exchange.


              Please note, Bundles must be returned in full. Otherwise, unreturned quantities of products given for free (in bundles) will be deducted from the exchange/refund.

              There will be NO exceptions, NO product credit for products received after the listed days.


              All returned items will be inspected. Any product you return must be in the original condition in which it was received and in the original packaging.

              Returns/exchanges are not guaranteed until the receipt and inspection of the returned items.

              Shipping charges for all returns and exchanges must be paid and insured by the customer. Hans Biomed USA INC. is not responsible for lost or damaged return/exchange shipments.

              Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

              All Sales from any promotions or events are final.


         **Disclaimer for MINT MONO line: Please be advised that the MINT MONO shelf life is between 6-12 months upon receipt of the product shipment.

            We recommend MINT MONOs to be purchased in smaller quantities of 1-10 pouches. Before checking out, please ensure that you are not purchasing MINT MONOs in high ordering volume.

            If a bulk order (greater than 20 pouches) is submitted for a selective size of the MINT MONO line, it may take up to 1-2 weeks to fulfill the order, and it may be fulfilled in partial shipments.
