Sales Tax Policy for klárdie and TargetCool

Hans Biomed USA, Inc. will begin collecting sales tax on klárdie and TargetCool products sold on the Shopify store, starting March 1, 2025.

1.       During an internal review, it has been confirmed that B2C customers are required to pay sales tax on certain products based on individual state regulations and product classification.

2.       Sales tax rate varies by city, county, state, and determined based on the shipping destination.

3.       The breakdown of charges can be viewed during checkout and order details after placing your order.

4.       Sales tax will be collected in California as the initial state on 03/01/2025. This policy will expand to additional states in the future.

5.       States aside from California are exempt from sales tax currently until further notice. However, the sales tax policy will be implemented in other states in the future.
