MINT™ 17+ Product Renewal and Discontinuation of MINT™ 17 and Mini Cannula
We would like to inform you about the upcoming changes regarding the MINT™ 17 product line. In light of the recent product renewal, MINT™ 17 and its accompanying mini cannula will be available for sale until the existing inventory is depleted. Effective July 17, 2023, all sales of MINT™ 17 and the mini cannula will be considered final, and we regret to inform you that returns will not be accepted, irrespective of product usage.
It is important to note that if you have no prior experience with MINT™ 17, we strongly advise against placing an order for this product. As of July 17, 2023, all training sessions organized by HansBiomed USA will exclusively focus on the usage and demonstration of MINT™ 17+. We kindly request that you take this into consideration if you plan on attending any future training events with us.
To ensure a smooth transition, we highly encourage all existing MINT™ 17 users to migrate to MINT™ 17+ as soon as possible. This will allow ample time for adjustment to the new pre-loaded design of MINT™ 17+. We are confident that this upgrade will provide enhanced benefits and improved performance.
